1 Tbsp loosleaf tea/ 1 cup of boiled water

Steeping vs Boiling? Which method is best for brewing herbal tea? Most herbal teas can be steeped with boiling or nearly boiling water. Bring water to boiling. Let cool for a moment before pouring over herbs to avoid scalding the more delicate ones. Let steep for 5-7 minutes, add sweetner of choice if desired, enjoy! 

Recommended frequency: 1 cup 1-3 times/day
