Rose

has been used for many years as a beautifier for the skin. Full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals it’s fantastic for fighting dry skin. Its Astringent properties make it a great aide for acne, redness and
inflammation. Plus, they’re beautiful and smell amazing!
 

Cardamom

Its anti-bacterial properties make it a wonderful addition to the bath. Helps heal breakouts and acts as a skin purifier. Smells wonderful especially paired with the roses.

Mint
Brightens, soothes, hydrates, tones and rejuvenate ages the skin. Gives a little pick-me-up for the mood

Epsom salts
Softens rough dry skin, exfoliates, relaxes and soothes. Also a great source of Magnesium Sulfate which many of us are unknowingly deficient in which can lead to leg cramping, RLS, anxiety and depression. Being that our skin is our largest body organ, soaking in Epsom is a great, and most direct, mode for replenishing our reserves.
