Hibiscus Flower - Full of antioxidants and a heart health booster. This beautiful flower medicine is highin vitamin C and is said to help fight free radicals in the body, heart disease and diabetes. As with anything, too much of a good thing can have the opposite effect so there’s just a touch in each batch.

Astragalus - Considered a strong immune booster this plant medicine is great for fighting off colds. A strong antioxidant inhibiting the production of free radicals. It’s used to benefit the cardiovascular system and liver. Stimulates the spleen, liver, lungs and circulatory system.

Ashwagandha - This beautiful adaptogen is used for stress, reducing swelling and altering/improvingthe immune system. Increases Acetylcholine in the brain improving memory and brain function. Great for stress, fatigue, pain, skin conditions, anxiety.

Mullein - One of my all time faves! This plant is a respiratory aide. Helps open the lungs, eases spasms, soothes irritations, dryness and cough. Great for people with COPD, Lung issues, asthma, pneumonia, colds and sore throat. It can also be used in an oil as an aide for ear infections. Loosens mucus to help move it up and out. As a demulcent, it helps by creating a soothing anti-inflammatory coating over mucus membranes.

Tulsi (Holy Basil) - Amazing healing plant used in many modes of herbal healing. Promotes healthy mind, body and spirit. Combats negative effects of stress, stabilizes blood sugars, promotes longevity, holds anti arthritic, anti coagulant, anti inflammatory, anti diabetic, anti microbial, antioxidant actions, treats cough (antitussive), anti-diarrheal, liver brain and heart protector!

Rooibos - This rich antioxidant is known for aiding in weight loss, clearing skin, alleviating pain streamlining digestion, building strong bones, and supporting heart health. Helps protect against free radicals’ damage that leads to diabetes, heart disease and cancer.
